The current merchant flow combines online screening with clinician review. A completed intake does not itself guarantee a prescription.

1. Start with the intake

The public weight-loss flow asks about health conditions, height and weight, and medication interest. The merchant currently presents semaglutide, tirzepatide and an “I’m not sure” option.

2. Clinician review

SBM says licensed medical professionals provide consultations and treatment plans. Its policy says medications are prescribed based on the telemedicine consultation and medical judgment.

3. Prescription and fulfillment

The merchant’s terms say prescriptions may be filled at a pharmacy of the patient’s choice or delivered through partnered services where legally permitted. Before purchasing, ask which pharmacy would fill your prescription and whether the specific drug is FDA-approved or compounded.

4. Payment

SBM says payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged, and its current terms say it does not accept insurance for telemedicine services.
